TASTE 2017

TASTE 2017 will boast an array of local and regional wineries, breweries, and eateries accompanied by live music. TASTE 2017 will feature the institute’s traditional partnership with the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts and, new this year, the Manetti Shrem Museum of Art, which opened in November. Last year’s TASTE event welcomed nearly 400 people who sampled food and drink from more than 30 vendors. Robert and Margrit Mondavi believed that great wine, music and art enhance our quality of life—join us for an evening of all three!



November 10-11, 2017

This course is for beekeepers, bakers, honey-lovers, mead makers, packers, importers, professional buyers, honey producers, restauranteurs, or anyone who wants to gain expertise in the aroma of honey analysis. Over two days, expert teachers will guide participants through a unique tasting and educational odyssey.
